Action for sharpening in Photoshop

I’m using this sharpening technique on every single wildlife image that I’m editing. It works for me and I’m sure it will for you.

To make it easy I have written a “action” for Photoshop. Just click on the action and follow the steps. To sharpen an image will take less than two minutes.

The main aim is to sharpen the sharp areas in your image and keep the soft out of focus areas unsharpened.

Not only will this prevent noise on the out of focus areas but your subject will stand out more from the background.
